Yet products intended to support everyday wellbeing are rarely designed with their unusual routines in mind.

Noctiva Reset does not contain melatonin, which is a prescription-only medicine in the UK. It is also not promoted as a medicine, treatment or instant solution.

A daily serving of three capsules contains 490mg of KSM-66® ashwagandha root extract, 175mg of magnesium as bisglycinate, 333mg of Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract providing 100mg of 5-HTP, and 102mg of green tea leaf extract providing 100mg of L-theanine.
